Overview: From April 2017, the new Advice Kingston service was established. Through partnership working, this new service provides a single front door for all information and advice provision locally, through all channels of access – phone/face to face/online. It is provided by Citizens Advice Kingston under contract to RBK and is delivered through the local kiaa network of providers (Kingston Information and Advice Alliance) which was established in 2000 and has over 70 members. We work together to enhance services for clients, increase funding opportunities and have a stronger voice in campaigning for change in policies and practices which affect people’s lives.
