Kingston Adult Education are local authority provider who offer courses for adults both in work and out of work. We deliver across the Kingston borough and we offer around 600 courses a year. These courses include Health and Wellbeing, Family Learning, Employment courses, Book Keeping, English (both for people with English as their first language and also English for speakers of other languages), Mathematics, Digital Skills (IT), Childcare, Teaching Assistants, Art, Ceramics, Sculpture, Crafts (including Macrame, Making Clothes, Soft Furnishing, Stained Glass, Upholstery, Weaving), Gardening, Languages (Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish), Creative Writing, Exploring London, Astrology, Nutrition, Photography, Carers courses, courses for people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and bespoke company training. As we are part government funded, some courses are fully funded by the government and free to adults, some are part funded so are at a reduced rate and others are fully funded by participants. As we are not for profit, all money received goes back into the service we offer.
