With increased government emphasis on digital services – nationally and locally, there are calls to boost people’s digital inclusion. The big driver for exclusion nowadays seems to be poverty/affordability. It used to be resistance to using the internet, lack of skills, lack of confidence, lack of equipment etc. However, considerable work has been done to address these issues.
