British households on prepayment meters risk missing £130m of support

Here is the info…

The headlines are that if you are on an analogue pre payment meter, the money from government to help with fuel costs will have been in a voucher ( £400 per account). You will have received these via text, email or post.

They need to be redeemed at a Post Office or Pay Point – you have to do this in person with proof of id.

If you have lost your voucher it can be reissued- contact your supplier and ask them to send you a new one.

All vouchers have to be cashed not later then 30th June – nearly 20% of vouchers are unclaimed at this point…..so worth checking…
