witch to the new Universal Credit On-Line Service”Quick update on the next stage in Universal Credit Full Service for Kingston JCP and our customers.
From 5 September 2018 and the following 4 weeks anyone in being paid Universal Credit via the Live Service will be contacted and advised to switch to the Universal Credit On-Line Service.
I attach copies of the letters that will be issued to each claimant with the actions needed.
Please help me promote via the KIAA Network to ensure that all Partners are aware
