From April 2017, the new Advice Kingston service was established to provide a Single Front Door to local services with community wide help, an online directory of services and an online referral process.
This means that anyone can quickly and easily find an answer to a problem themselves or find a local service or help someone else to do that.
Citizens Advice Kingston provides the Single Front Door by phone/face to face/online. The service is funded by RBK and is delivered through the local kiaa ( Kingston Information and Advice Alliance) network of providers which was established in 2000 and has over 70 members.
We work together to enhance services for clients, increase funding opportunities and have a stronger voice in campaigning for change in policies and practices which affect people’s lives.
