We are looking for a friendly & enthusiastic front facing individual to join our team. You will offer a warm welcome and a friendly can-do attitude to ensure that everyone who contacts Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) feels valued and welcome, whether in person, on email or via the telephone.
This exciting and responsible role is key to ensuring that RAK delivers an efficient and inclusive reception service. The post holder will be the first point of contact and play a key role in representing our organisational values.
You should be a strong team player, able to engage well with clients, colleagues and partners. The successful candidate will be energised by being busy and excited about finding solutions.
