kiaa event draft report- March 2019

Here is the draft report of our recent kiaa event for frontline staff when we discussed help for local people to claim Universal Credit. The next step will be for the kiaa group to meet and turn the report into an action plan to drive our activities over the next few months.
The next kiaa event for frontline staff will be on 19th June 2019 and will be a ‘Market Place’ where all agencies can showcase their work – this excellent idea came up at the last event where members thought that such an arrangement would help us all to find out more about what each other do so that it is easier to make referrals between agencies to support mutual clients. 🙂
