Citizens Advice national office has put together information to help anyone who is affected by problems related to Thomas Cook going into administration.
If you or someone you know is affected by the Thomas Cook collapse, you should consult the Civil Aviation Authority.
We can offer advice to people that have booked holidays, flights or any other goods and services related to their holiday. People can get help from the Consumer Helpline here.
People should be wary of scams, especially if you get unsolicited contact from companies suggesting to rebook a holiday through them. If you or someone you know is worried about or impacted by scams help is available on the Citizens Advice website: Check if something might be a scam. If you are concerned about online scams you can contact our Citizens Advice Scams Action via phone or webchat. Once you have contacted this service you can be referred to a local Citizens Advice for face to face advice if required.
