update from DWP about health assessments problems for claimants

On Monday 2 November, an easement that prevented action being taken where people failed to attend/failed to participate in disability health telephone assessments for Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit was removed.
Removing this protection means someone who can’t answer the phone, or needs to end the call because they can’t continue, may have their benefit stopped (ESA) or entitlement changed (Universal Credit).
